Exchange and return policy:
In order to preserve public health, and based on the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce through the Consumer Rights and Duties Guide, which states:
[The commercial establishment must refrain from returning some products that affect human health and safety, such as: (open foods, cosmetics, underwear...) and explain this to the consumer before purchasing.]
Products cannot be exchanged or returned.
If the order is not collected by the customer and is returned by the carrier/shipping company, the shipping cost will be deducted in all cases, whether the shipping service is paid for or provided for free.
Exceptions:
1- Any product that has proven damage or manufacturing defects upon receipt, and is not the result of misuse, can be replaced. The replacement will be with the same specifications of the originally ordered product (color and size), provided that notification is made within five (5) days from the date of receipt of the product.
2- The order can be canceled within a maximum period of 48 hours, provided that the preparation and processing of the order has not begun.
